Terms of Service

By accessing or using EdelCoach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

EdelCoach is a coaching management platform that allows coaches to track athletes, log training sessions, and share progress with parents. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading harmful content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Service to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the privacy of athletes and minors seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws.

The Service and its original content remain the exclusive property of EdelCoach. You retain ownership of data you upload but grant us a license to store and process it to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
